What is MCC (the mucopolysaccharide cartilage complex)?
Our MCC is an active protein. It requires very special processing and frequent challenge testing so that the MCC will penetrate the layers of the epidermis and dermis. Donell was the first company to work with Dr. John Prudden ("The Father of Cartilage") to develop topical products with MCC. Our studies are based on a lot of his and subsequent research. |

We are beginning a clinical trial at Shriners Hospital with our Post-Procedure Ointment - it is currently being used for children who have become burn victims and these patients are responding very favorably. Our Post-Procedure Ointment is also being used with successful results at several cancer centers here in the U.S. for post-radiation burn. |
